How to pay for your order
We only accept payment via Paypal.
Your right to cancel your order
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do this after purchasing it and up until 14 days after receiving your order. Written notice in the form of an email to hello@themaladen.co.uk is required. Each product must be returned unworn, in their original condition, unused and safely packaged for the return journey. All returns due to cancelling an order are at the purchaser’s expense and we recommend using a signed for delivery option for posting the order back. Once the order is safely received back and checked over, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Returns and Refunds
Please return any items from your order in their original condition, this means unworn and unused. Items being returned should be sent back safely packaged to The Mala Den, Rogers Farm Cottage, Mill Lane, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2DN. Once the order is safely received back and checked over, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Each item is measured, but this is an approximate measurement. We make the measurement as accurate as we possibly can.
