How much will delivery cost?
The Mala Den delivery within the UK is £2.50. Delivery outside of the UK is a flat rate of £10.
When will my order be dispatched?
The Mala Den aims to dispatch your goods within 1 working day of ordering, sometimes it may be sent out the same day as purchased! If for any reason there will be a delay, we will be in contact with you.
Do you send out orders at the weekend?
No, all orders from The Mala Den are dispatched Monday-Friday except UK Bank Holidays.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

How do I return my order?
If you decide to return your order, you can do this after purchasing it and up until 14 days after receiving your order. Written notice in the form of an email to hello@themaladen.co.uk is required to let us know the product you will be sending back to The Mala Den. Each product must be returned unworn, in their original condition, unused and safely packaged for the return journey. All returns are at the purchaser’s expense and we recommend using a signed for delivery option for posting the order back. Once the order is safely received back and checked over, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Please return any items from your order in their original condition, this means unworn and unused. Items being returned should be sent back safely packaged to The Mala Den, Rogers Farm Cottage, Mill Lane, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2DN.
Can I send my item back for an exchange?
We don’t offer exchanges, the best thing to do is to send your item back to The Mala Den for a refund. In the mean time purchase the item you are wanting as a new order. Due to the nature of the beads, each item is a unique one off, so we can’t guarantee that the item you are wanting will still be available when we receive your return back to The Mala Den.
