Hi and thank you for visiting! I’m Nicole and I create the malas you see here in The Mala Den. Meditation and yoga have been a part of my life for many years, and I have a real love of crystals. I have two young boys who certainly keep me on my yogi toes! Before having children I was a Complimentary Therapist and I love living a holistic lifestyle.
Making mala beads is something I really enjoy, especially seeing the mala complete and feeling its energy. Crystals are beautiful creations from Mother Earth, each with their own vibration, colour and markings, so this makes every mala special and unique to its owner. I have a variety of gemstones in stock as I like to be guided by my intuition for which one to use for my next mala.
My aim with each mala I make, is to inspire peace within. I know how hectic and stressful life can be, and unexpected twists and turns can throw us off balance physically, mentally and emotionally. My intention is that, if the mala beads are used for even just 10 minutes a day, then that is a little bit of peace added into someone’s day, which will help shine out some positive energy, and that always feels good!
